HM Management, LLC is Hiring a Floor Manager Near Williamsburg, MI

HM Group is looking for a Restaurant Manager at our McGee's No. 72 location in Williamsburg. This position will support both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in all aspects of our business. You will assist with an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards. To be successful in this role, it will be helpful to have management skills and experience in both front and back of house. We will train you and want you to know how to oversee the lounge, dining room, check-in with guests, support all service staff members and balance seating capacity. We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage the good image of the restaurants and suggest ways to improve

Skills

  • Three years of proven successful work experience as a restaurant manager, hospitality manager or similar role.
  • Proven guest service experience as a manager/supervisor in any industry.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform guests and wait staff. A minimum of 5 years in food and beverage preferred.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as MICROS.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus but not required.
